How it Works

Video Inspections
We inspect sewer laterals using a camera fed through the cleanout. This shows us what’s wrong without digging. Our team uses the footage to decide the best way to fix or replace the pipe.

Trenchless Installation
Some areas need special tools. We look at the site and choose the method that works best. This could be pipe bursting, CIPP lining, or directional drilling. These options avoid digging and protect the area around your home.

Traditional Installation
Sometimes, trenchless isn’t an option. In that case, we dig a trench. We only do this when it makes sense. After we finish, we refill the trench and put everything back the way it was.

Emergency Replacement
If your sewer line breaks or backs up, we’re ready. These problems are urgent. We move fast to fix the damage and stop the mess from spreading.

Testing and Cleanup
After we replace a line, we test it. We check flow and pressure to make sure it works. Then we clean up the site.

Replacement Methods

Trenchless Sewer Replacement
We use pipe bursting, cured-in-place lining (CIPP), or directional drilling to replace pipes without digging up your yard or driveway.

Traditional Excavation
In some cases, open trenching is necessary—especially when the pipe is collapsed or deeply damaged. We only dig when it’s the best option and restore the area after.

Emergency Service
If your lateral is blocked, leaking, or causing backups, we respond fast to prevent further damage and contamination.

Mark came on a Sunday to help us fix our water thumping noise issue. He's an expert at diagnosing problems. He narrowed down to the kitchen faucet that had a flexible hose inside that expanded and contracted when we turned on off the valve. He offered a range of options and tried the least expensive option to see if it addressed our issue. He didn't push did the most expensive option. We appreciate mark's professionalism. I hired Century Home Services to look into a leaky garbage disposal issue in our kitchen. Mark was great to talk to, clearly explained what the issue could've been, and gave me a reasonable quote. There was a smidgen of a phone tag issue, which was entirely Yelp's fault, as some of Mark's messages were forwarded to my phone and others were not. Mark rescued the situation by being very quick to answer the phone (unlike many other contractors!) and flexible with his scheduling.

Even with that little hiccup, Mark and Gregory showed up the next day and fixed the garbage disposal quickly and professionally, with no mess and no fuss.

This was a relatively small issue that could've become a big problem, and I'm glad I hired Century when I did. If we have a plumbing project again, I'll be calling Mark, and you should too.
